8. Prescription Services

VirtualVetDesk offers prescription services exclusively for users located in Pakistan, in accordance with local veterinary regulations. If you are located outside Pakistan, our veterinarians may provide virtual vet consultation and guidance, but are unable to issue prescriptions. By using our prescription services, you confirm that you are located within Pakistan and that the pet receiving treatment is under your care in Pakistan.

9. Payment and Transactions

All payments on the Site are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. When you submit payment information, you consent to its transmission to those processors for the purpose of completing your transaction. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. All transaction data is handled in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) where applicable.
